Responsibilities:
- In charge of day-to-day customer service activities.
- Collaborate closely with the company's air freight department to optimise workflow and minimise wastage.
- In charge of implementing new business.
- Recognise the needs of the consumer and take the initiative to implement the business.
- Encourages a culture of continuous learning and works with stakeholders
- To make sure staff members have the training they need to do their jobs well in order to achieve operational excellence.
- In charge of the annual performance review for the team.
- Maintaining of the training logs for the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Airfreight, Logistics and Supply Chain industry background
- Experience in managing a team
- Customer fronting/engagement experience
