About this role:
Novela is proud to announce our new partnership a Global Haircare Brand. As a part of the partnership, we will be opening its first Global flagship in Singapore.
As a Haircare Advisor, you will get an opportunity to be trained in Kérastases suite of products. You will provide exceptional services by offering personalized advice and product recommendations of the Kérastase product range to meet the unique needs of each customer.
We provide an attractive remuneration package with a fixed basic salary and attractive sales commission. You will receive on-the-job training and career progression in store management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their beauty needs, and provide personalized advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of haircare products.
- Drive sales by recommending and demonstrating products, highlighting their benefits, and encouraging customers to make purchases.
- Assist with inventory control, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing product inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing appointment scheduling, follow-up services and fostering customer loyalty.
- Participate in and support in-store events, promotions, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the haircare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hair care products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays
