[INT] HR Intern - Work from home

Working location: Work from home

Working hours: 10am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $600 per month (Internship period - 6 months)


Your role:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and screenings with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
  • Communicate interview details, including date, time, location, and interview format, to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Manage interviewers' calendars and availability, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to schedule interviews at convenient times
  • Monitor and update interview schedules in real-time, making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts
  • Provide reminders and follow-up communications to ensure interview participants are aware of upcoming interviews and prepared accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling, providing timely responses to inquiries and requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and interview records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or interview scheduling software
  • Enter interview details, notes, and feedback into the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
  • Assist in project management when required
  • Any other tasks as assigned by higher management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Able to commit at least 6 months
  • 1 to 1 mentorship will be provided
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools/software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
