Responsibilities
- Responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our distribution centres and warehouses.
- Required to work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solving operational issues.
- Required to liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses and various other stakeholders, including coordinating the delivery with suppliers and distribution centres.
- Handling all matters relating to inventory - such as clearance of short shelf life and aging stocks, rectify stocks issues, process allocation to stores, compile inventory-related reports as well as advise on any inventory-related enquiries (out of stock queries, offer stock, etc.).
- Managing the stock allocation to all our stores format.
- Involved in projects and contribute to the organization with continual process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/ V-lookup) and Other Ms Office Applications
- Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
*Convertible Contract (subject to business needs), WFH, 1 round interview
