Responsibilities
- Attend to customer’s enquiries/complaints through phone/email and ensure necessary actions are taken and follow through.
- Prepare quotation for VDR/Radio survey, ECDIS training, CBT license keys and spare parts requirements to local/overseas customers.
- Process Job Order Process (JOP), Purchase/Material Requisition (MR), Customer Order Process (COP) for approval.
- Prepare and draw out materials/parts for radio surveyor.
- Coordinate, liaise and schedule with ship’s agent/customer for attending VDR/Radio surveyor and ECDIS instructor.
- Collate and submit documents to Finance and Account Department for invoicing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager and VDR/Radio Surveyor.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels with at least two years of related working experiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team in the organisation.
- Good level of IT literacy, experience in NetSuite or similar system is preferred.
