Job Description
We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the client's project.
Responsibilities:
1. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications
to meet business process and application requirements.
2. You will be expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
3. Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as
provide solutions to work-related problems.
4. Intermediate proficiency in .NET Programming is required.
5. Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and
Microsoft ASP.NET with intermediate proficiency are recommended.
6. Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
8. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
9. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Experience Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in maintaining a system with the relevant skill sets required.
2. Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts & should have experience in handing
large volume of data.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Responsible for fixing prioritised Incident Reports (IR) assigned by Team Lead
2. Analyse and ensure IR assigned are valid defects
3. Discuss IR fixes with team members from different teams to assess impact of any changes
4. Coordinate any cross-team effort required for any integration defects
5. Ensure delivery of IR in timeframe given
6. Escalate any issues to Team Lead
7. Support Group and Team Lead in achieving their application support objectives
8. Provide production support to modules or processes to ensure day to day activities have minimum down
time
