- Provide administrative support to project team and maintain project databases
- Plan and coordinate office projects such as office relocation, company events or technology upgrades
- Follow up closely on ISO documentation and yearly audits
- Spearhead the digitalisation of our internal business processes to achieve work efficiency improvement
- Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, legal documents etc)
- Undertake assignments for manpower recruitment, training and HR-related matters
