JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program.
- Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress.
- Attend progress/site/MEP meeting.
- Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement,
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
- Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
- Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time.
- Ensure good quality of works on site.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Singapore construction projects.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Detailed oriented and excellent organization skills.
- Familiar with Autocad and Revit.
