Job Description
- Report to HOD
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims / payment, VO & finalized project
- Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues
- Good knowledge of structural works measurement
- To handle other assigned duties or related job as required
- 5 days work - 9 am to 6 pm
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field
- Able to work independentlly and under pressure
- Proactive and well organized
