The Role:
As a Retail Sales & Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in building the With Love brand and ensuring smooth operations– in-store, online and behind the scenes. In addition to assisting customers on the shop floor, your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory, overseeing store administration, and ensuring efficient logistics. You will also have the opportunity to influence merchandising decisions and contribute to the overall operational strategy of our inaugural concept store.
Responsibilities:
Retail Sales
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Operations & Logistics
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage logistics for product deliveries.
- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Process online orders, including packaging and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred, but not required
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and independent brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Store Opening Hours: 11AM - 10PM Daily (Shifts are flexible)
- Start Date: Anytime from August 1 onwards
Prior to the store opening, your main role will be in assisting with pre-launch efforts including ordering supplies, coordinating inventory delivery, processing inventory, store setup, POS set up, and vendor coordination.
