Located at Keong Saik road, our pop-up store will showcase a curated selection of brands from around the region, showcasing the best of international and local talent— including Renegade Folk from the Philippines, MAVEN from Vietnam, KAMI from Indonesia, Fondest from Malaysia, Lili & Do from Singapore, and many more.

The Role:
As a Retail Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play an integral role in building the With Love brand, and helping to promote and showcase our community of brand partners. In addition to assisting customers on the shop-floor, your primary responsibility will be to build our online community, create engaging content across our social channels, and build meaningful partnerships with a network of creators and influencers.
Responsibilities:
Retail Sales
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Marketing
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist with planning and executing influencer/creator partnerships.
- Support the coordination and promotion of in-store events and promotions
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Create marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital content.
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail and strong interest in fashion
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong video content production skills
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred, but not required
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, as you will be showcasing products in our social media content
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Store Opening Hours: 11AM - 10PM Daily (Shifts are flexible)
- Start Date: Anytime from August 1 onwards
Prior to the store opening, your main role will be in assisting with pre-launch marketing efforts.
