Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot of production process and initiate improvement activities
- Training of operational staff
- Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm
- Initiate and recommend improvement to Plant processes
- Plan and ensure proper implementation of Plant Maintenance activities
- Assist to re-verify the integrity after maintenance of equipment
- Perform regular plant safety inspection
- Issue and approve permit to work systems
- Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace are established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) – ISO 14000, 14001 and etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Process or equivalent
- Candidate without experience are welcome to apply – Training will be provided
