Job Description
• Define the service offerings/shipping options portfolio to better serve eCommerce platforms and online sellers, based on deep understanding of Express Industry market dynamics and competitive landscape in Southeast Aisa.
• Lead the process from ideation to implementation of service offering/shipping options, design the roadmaps and drive cross functional collaboration to implement new offerings with a focus on service level and cost control.
• Monitor service offering performance to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, >5 years of relevant work experience in a well-established 3PL (Express Industry) focusing on service offerings/shipping options design and implementation; experience in consulting, well established eCommerce or Internet company is a plus.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Express industry and practices in Southeast Asia, able to efficiently navigate cross functional topics to define service offerings/shipping options through customer needs deep dive, competitor benchmarking, and internal capability analysis.
• Dual language proficiency in English and Chinese (or another commonly used language in Southeast Asia) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proven experience in project management and high tolerance to ambiguity; highly energetic and independent to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
