Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Administer benefits and address employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare HR reports.
Administrative:
- Manage daily office operations and supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistical arrangements.
- Handle internal and external communication.
- Oversee facilities management and ensure health/safety compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
