Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Administer benefits and address employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare HR reports.

Administrative:

  • Manage daily office operations and supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistical arrangements.
  • Handle internal and external communication.
  • Oversee facilities management and ensure health/safety compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
