Job Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated support requests and resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with end-users
- Ensure high levels of end user satisfaction by delivery timely, professional, and effective support
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Oversee the development, maintenance and support of ERP system
- Manage backup strategies for both on-premises and cloud environments
- Evaluate, negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors
- Provide high-level technical support for complex issues related to hardware, software and network systems
- Perform in-depth analysis and diagnostics to address persistent or challenging technical problems
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority support issues
- Mentor and guide IT staff, providing support and training on advanced technical issues
- Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with affected stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence
- Participate in IT Projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support for system upgrade, installations, and deployments
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems
- Implement and manage backup solutions to protect critical data
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of ERP system and SQL
