Location: One North
Role: 12 months Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Bonus: 1 month after 1 year completion
Responsibilities:
- Create item numbers.
- Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) for approvals and convert Purchase Orders (PO)
- Perform logistics arrangements (i.e receiving and shipping)
- Perform RMAs for devices such as Osiris and Desko.
- Work on other tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager
- Ad-hoc duty assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in import shipping and logistics, preferably in a supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to handle mandarin speaking customers.
- Good understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
