Event Assistant

K Space Entertainment

Job Details:

  • liaising with clients to introduce and promote our event spaces
  • arrange contractors and workers for set ups and dismantles
  • ensure payments are collected on time
  • maintain good relationships with clients


Requirements:

  • speak well in Mandarin and English
  • at least Bachelor's degree
  • at least 2 years of experience in managing events and roadshows
  • good time management
  • able to adapt to fast paced work environment
