Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Agency Movement
- Liaising with vendor on retrieval of documents.
- Sorting, packing, and filing of documents.
- Support in scanning loose documents.
- Archival and housekeeping of the sharepoint archival folders.
- Timely update and tracking of the progress of the scanning project with vendor.
Others
- Ad hoc projects/assignments by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Must have MS Excel VBA (Visual Basic) scripting experience and knowledge to automate tasks.
- Education – Diploma/Degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
- Soft Skills – Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
