Bubble Pets is Singapore's first pet proficient online pet store. We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to assist with resolving customer queries, recommending and advising products for pawparents.
Responsibilities
Manage customer queries in a timely manner via phone, chat, emails
Gather customer feedback and share with product, sales and marketing team
Update products listings for website
Monitor and follow up on sale orders
Liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer receive their orders within a timeframe
Resolve customer issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and request
Marketing
Administrative duties
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience as customer support or in similar role is a plus
Familiarity with pets is a plus
Experience using software like Shopify is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Meticulous in details and resourceful
Good communication skills in written and verbal
Ability to work individually and part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred if you have your own pets
