Responsibilities
- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
- Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
- Assist Project Control Manager, Cost Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
- Experience with LTA or building projects
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
