We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the facilities management team.
The role:
1. Lead the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operation of premises and this includes M&E, PSG, ACMV, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscape etc.
2. Procures and manages Outcome-Based Term Contracts including IFM (Integrated Facilities Management), Cleaning and Electricity Supply.
3. Ensures compliance for all mandatory building requirements including the timely renewal of all contracts, licences and permits
4. Oversees Opex budget planning and monitoring.
5. Carry out quotations and tenders exercise for cyclical and building improvement works.
6. Explores and implements innovation and technology in day-to-day operations for better productivity and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field
- Min 10 years of relevant experience and proven track record to lead a team
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably with knowledge of fire safety, environmental control, green mark accreditation, water efficiency and zero waste management and/or other facilities management related matters
