Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Credit Controller located in Senoko Dr. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you will handle the the credit control function ensures effective credit management by collaborating with sales, verifying credit applications, managing debtor records in SAP, and handling overdue payments through customer contact, negotiations, or legal action if necessary. It also includes submitting reports, briefing the sales team, and overseeing customer statements.
In Accounts Receivable, tasks involve handling bank deposits and assisting with customer-related matters like issuing credit and debit notes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant credit control and accounts receivable experience.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills to interact, the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts with internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and S4 Hana.
- Proficient in SAP
