- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory equipment. Keep inventory of supplies and reagents, and order replacements as needed.
- Procure: Responsible for the ordering of laboratory reagents and consumables and the supervision of their daily use.
- Compliance: Ensure that the laboratory complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. Maintain records and documentation as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in laboratory operations and procedures and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Stay up to date with new technologies and developments in the field.
- Other Lab Work: Assist researchers in preparing routine experimental materials required for experiments, such as sharing reagent preparation and medium dispensing, etc.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, chemistry.
