Your Role:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for elements of Accounts Receivable (aka Membership Finance), Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Work closely with other Members of the team to manage Membership Finance, including the billing and payment collection cycle;
- Assist in monthly P&L generation, balance sheet account reconciliations and inventory stock taking;
- Assist in data analysis and reporting requirements;
- Perform weekly and monthly system supported cash and bank reconciliations;
- Daily verification of POS data;
- Assist in financial year-end audit ;
- Close working relationship with the Finance team and CFO on a daily basis;
- Get involved outside of the Finance Team and connect with other departments within the Group;
- Assist in other general day-to-day finance operations and control requirements as required.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Diploma / degree or other relevant qualification in Accounting preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge in Quickbooks accounting sytem
- Basic accounting work experience can be an advantage;
- Hands-on, proactive and good working attitude required;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
