Job Summary
Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to be part of the Change Management Team to manage major and strategic change initiatives work for a leading Financial Services organization.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Information Technology / Finance/ Business
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in a project setting within Financial Services Industry;
- Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Solid understanding on change management process;
- Good understanding of Wholesale banking products, process, and technologies solutions;
- Working experience in Wholesale payment process and SWIFT messaging are required;
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skill-set
- PMP / Scrum certified.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business change initiatives, objectives, requirements, and challenges;
- Gather and document user requirements and translate it into functional specifications and user stories;
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to bridge the gaps;
- Perform risk assessment with project implementation; identify and manage project dependencies;
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other relevant documentation;
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases;
- Maintain regular updates with other (change) business analysts across the region for alignment and updates on the project status, risk and issues;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve business processes, systems, and workflows.
