The Opportunity
- Our Client is an established MNC company
- Supply Chain Executive (Ecommerce/B2C)
- $3500 - $4900 (based on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Singapore

The Talent
- Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics & operations management
- Experience in supply chain, inventory planning and operation management
- Familiar and manage with export documentation and letter of credit payment
- Excellent in communication and coordination skills
- Have knowledge of ERP system
- Comfortable in administrative duties
- Available to start immediate
The Job
- Manage and liaise with 3PL on all logistics arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Handle monthly stock balance reconciliation and monitor/coordinate inventory transactions
- Maintain shipping records (provide tracking or shipping history information to customer)
- Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals
- Generate reports for internal management team
- Other duties assigned
