Job Description
- Provide communications support in the Division which includes: drafting of newsletter content, managing and updating of digital communication content on internet, intranet and workspace.
- Assist in providing logistic support for events and activities.
- Other secretarial and administrative assignments such as: procurement, arranging meetings, liaison between departments on administrative, publicity, IT or other matters to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in communications or related disciplines
- Familiar with communications platforms such as intranet sharepoint, website and proficiency in design (photoshop, illustrator and indesign) and video software will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
