Responsibilities :
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements
- Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders
- Co-ordinate project processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring to final closing
- Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate works according to project plans to ensure projects are carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation
- Co-ordinate defects servicing and maintenance works
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (interior design/renovations/ project management preferred)
- Recognized qualifications in interior design/architecture/project management or any corporate real estate discipline
- Able to work under pressure and experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
- Positive working attitude, honest, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and a keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the firm
