Software Developer
Scope of Work/Services:
· Offer support in managing, maintaining and testing IT application systems ensuring their efficient operations and functionality.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for system operations and maintenance work and new initiatives/enhancements.
· Provide advisory role and guide technical team for development and should have experience in code review.
· Maintain the Project Management Office , track documentation and monitor project progress.
· Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews.
· Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for priveleged user, test plan, test reports, application/system design) to sure project completeness.
· Perform requirement gathering, requirement analysis, prepare business requirement specifications, flowcharts, logical diagrams and process improvements.
· Experience in creation of secure application and system design and data flow and knowledge over tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio.
· Ensure that project delivery complies with relevant policies and guidelines and identify and close compliance gaps if any.
Expertise Required:
· Cloud Platform : Azure or GCC 2.0 Azure (min 5 years)
· Certification in Azure Cloud would be preferred.
· Strong SDLC project experience. Relevant experience in Application Security and best practices in development standards and deployments.
· Good knowledge of testing and testing methodologies with work experience in application and system testing.
· Tech Stack Requirements: Microsoft .net, Outsystems, Microsoft SQL Database , Java, Spring framework, microservices, Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, Docker, OAuth/Spring Security/JWT, Rest APIs, SharePoint.Full Stack Developer or backend developer preferred.
· Experience with GovTech also preferred.
