Project Coordinator

- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team

- Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately.

- At least 1 year of experience in events and exhibitions support industry.

- Knowledge of Ms Office applications (word/excel/power point).

- Excellent in spoken & written English.

- Strong team player and yet able to work independently.

- Able to handle tight deadlines and pressure.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for project assignments.
