- Overseeing the sales and marketing team to attain annual sales targets
- Plan and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet targets
- Analysis of sales revenue, setting performance goals and generating leads and new business opportunities
- Monitoring market dynamics to be up to date with changing trends and competitors
- Lead and guide the sales team to greater heights
- Providing quality service through resolving disputes and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Prepare and present reports to General Manager/Managing Director
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Min. 3 year of related work experience
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Location: Tagore
- Salary: up to $6800 + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
