Requirements
- Manage process team responsible for defining and improving process control and eliminating process and equipment issue through continuous improvement project (CIP) by implementation and maintenance of adequate measurements and control systems to identify improvement opportunity and needs.
- Supervise team’s performance to meet project milestone deliverables and achieve best-in-class quality, yield, and maximize productivity.
- Responsible for product overall performance including yield and quality
- Investigate the process and defects related issues and identifying the opportunities for improvement
- Upkeep the product documentation including technical specification, control plan and defect improvement plan
- Perform process and defect troubleshooting
- Manage the cost and time constraints of projects
- Work closely with R&D to set up machine key parameters
- Ensure the process work is at the optimal level and quality in order to meet the internal specification
- Review existing data and control in order to ensure it will meet the requirements
Requirements
- PhD/ Msc / Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 8 years experience in semiconductor Aluminum WireBonding or related
- Proficient in improving the bonding process window
- Experience with K&S/ASM aluminium wirebonding machine will be a big plus
