To Manage full spectrum of HR function including, recruitment selection, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation, HR administration & others.
- Responsible to execute recruitment activities to meet business needs
- Administer and maintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR system
- Ensure documentations in the P-file are according to requirement
- Documentation archiving and disposal
- Manpower-related surveys and submissions to relevant authorities.
- Responsible employment letter, confirmation, probation and administer exit clearance IR21 of resigned staff.
- Perform monthly payroll.
- Handle all onboarding / offboarding e.g. orientation, pre-employment medical arrangement and exit interviews
- Site Visit when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well versed in employment & labour laws and regulations
- Strong communication, Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
