- Assist in administrative duties that supports the business requirements
- Administration include filing, faxing, cash collection
- Assist in bank forms and submission of application to banks
- Address inquiries and concerns from owners and/or tenants
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative support experience is required, with additional experience in the service industry or residential development being highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office
- Meticulous and have an eye for details, able to multi-task and independent
