Financial Analyst – Infrastructure Services

We seek a skilled Financial Analyst to manage and optimize infrastructure service agreements, oversee financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining effective cost controls, and coordinating with various teams to provide valuable financial insights.


Key Responsibilities


1. Service Agreement Management

- Develop and track infrastructure service agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.

- Ensure timely issuance and updates of agreements to align with market needs.


2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income and expenses.

- Monitor budgets, identify variances, and implement cost control measures.

- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.


3. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Support the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Collect data and deliver insights aligned with strategic goals.


4. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain accurate documentation.

- Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to policies.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with teams for financial reporting and communicate key insights.

- Translate business requirements into clear documentation.


6. Community & Mission Alignment

- Evaluate and align financial activities with organizational mission and vision.


Qualifications


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other visualization tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.
