As a Graduate Talent Recruiter, you will play a key role in account management, stakeholder management, and offering talent solutions and services to meet the business and industry demands.
Your Responsibilities
- Being actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process: from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management and onboarding
- Managing recruitment platforms, keeping track of applicant flows and constantly making improvements to job listings in order to attract the target audience
- Working closely with our corporate partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and hire best-fit talents
- Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our talent acquisition efforts remain competitive
