Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing and customer service functions.
- Ensure activities performed are adhere to ISO, GDPMDS, 5S standards.
- Lead a team of warehouse and administration personnel to ensure that services provided meet customer's requirements and expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring to ensure program targets are met.
- Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Control and manage purchases, headcount and overtime.
- Process mapping for new or changed business requirements.
- Drive for cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers.
- Identify and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel.
- Ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
