Job scope:
- Provides excellent customer service to all patients and doctors.
- Ensure that telephone curtesy and timeliness of picking up calls are compiled.
- Performs efficient and accurate patient registration.
- Ensures billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed.
- Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
- Performs proper documentation of forms.
- Assist with reports generation and checking.
- Other assignments as and when required.
Job requirements/ Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'N/O/A' levels or Diploma from any field
- Prior Customer service experience is preferred
- Strong English & Computer literacy is preferred
