Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support day to day SAP Success Factor for master data creation and updated and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete HR Systems, all in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies.
- Preparation/generation/issuance of welcome email, reports, letters, forms, payslips etc.
- Create/update standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation eg FAQ.
- Close collaboration with market HR to manage operation inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management.
- Execute Onboarding & Offboarding process.
- Application / renewal of work passes.
- Track new hires‘ confirmation is completed on time.
- Tax clearance for Foreign employees (IR21).
- Issuance and distribution of birthday/awards vouchers.
- E-Filing of employee’s documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant HR working experiences in the related field
- Possess fundamental understanding of Employment Act, HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office-Excel
- Digital and Technology Savvy
