Job Description:
Administrative duties
- Scanning of documents for archiving
- Assist in Records Management for the branch
- Handle corporate card application process
Office management
- Support Facility Management / Health & Safety matters to ensure the safety, tidiness and convenience of working environment is in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Reception duties e.g. incoming couriers, visitor management, incoming calls / emails from public
- Support branch events (Townhalls, client events etc) where applicable
Nostro Reconciliation / AOV / DLP / SVM / KRI
- Responsible to oversee the day to day nostro reports and work with various business units to clear all outstandings
- Account Reconcilier of the monthly AOV process
- Data Leakage Prevention SPOC for Operations
- Supports the Corporate Services Manager on any purchase requisition and/or souring matters
- Maker (Upload) for Monthly Department KRIs
Staff Claims / Account Payables
- To verify and process staff claims & corporate cards expenses for the branch, including posting of accounting entries
- Backup for Account Payables Processes (Will be removed by Sept 2024 this portion)
Others
- Support Reconcilliation by providing the data required to FC
- Support update of customer static data in Intellect as maker for Branch
- Support PB token registration
- Support HO Reporting, where applicable
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 3 years of relevant receptionist experience, preferably in financial institutions
