Responsibilities
• Responsible for calling of all rehearsals
• Prepare, read and summarize the plots and themes of all performances
• Understand the interpretation of script and all symbolism onstage
• Ensure that the technical crew and artiste have frequent communication in order for their task to be completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all stage equipment are in working order and seek cost effective replacement when required
• Design and implement safety precautions and measures for stage performances and rehearsals
• Attend all production meetings and monitor all rehearsals and productions too ensure all tasks are being implemented properly
Requirements
· Very accurate in planning and coordinating work
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· understanding of Chinese arts and culture is advantageous
· 2 years experience as stage manager or related role
· Need to have experience as performer
