1 Year Contract (5.5 Days Work Week)
Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
ALTERNATE Saturdays (8am - 1pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Government hotline
- Answer inquiries by clarifying and providing information
- Provide quality customer service to Publics through the Phone/Email
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and return calls to Publics if necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE "N" Level
- Prior Experience is required
- Good verbal communication skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic: $2,400 - $2,650 (Depends on Experience)
- 14 AL & 14 MC
- Medical Coverage
