Responsibilities:
- Act as data partner & SME for the assigned reports and tracking.
- Responsible to deliver timely reports to support sales tracking, business reporting and campaign tracking.
- Create automated reports/dashboard to track business performance. · Automate reports and repeatable tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform data analysis and investigation to support reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in data initiatives.
- Support division wide audit matters, inclusive of routine and ad-hoc reviews.
- Support change initiatives to transform existing data management to enable better automation and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Management
- 1-3 years of working experience in reporting, business intelligence and data analysis.
- A self-starter with analytical curiosity and strong business acumen to solve data & business problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience, with ability to develop relationships across the teams and divisions.
- Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and ability to make data driven recommendations.
- Strong in data literacy – ability to read, write, manipulate and make sense of large data.
- Strong in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Good to know SQL, Python and other common programming languages.
- Good to have experience in creating dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview or a similar tool.
- Good to have the knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia.
