Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
5Days || 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Location: Bedok/Tanah Merah area (Project site)
$4,000 - $5,800 salary depending on experience & qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
- Those with a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering will be an added advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience and proven track record
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of contract and negotiation with sub-contractors
Quantity surveying duties like
1. Variation works
2. Preparation of Letter of Award
3. Preparation of payment claims
4. Issuing payment response and
5. Any other works as and when assigned
