Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender bids on schedule.
- Oversee contract reviews to ensure tenders are correctly prepared and submitted.
- Document design changes and update budgets accordingly.
- Draft notifications for time extensions due to potential project delays.
- Review and interpret all drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they align with objectives and comply with building contract laws and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage pre- and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
- Compile and assess price comparisons and cost summaries.
- Handle project administration and documentation, including the preparation of sub-contracts and Variation Orders.
- Develop cost analysis and reduction strategies to improve overall project value.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and provide monthly updates on progress claim reports.
- Assist with and complete other tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of Construction experience
- Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects would be an added advantaged
- Proven experience in strong cost analysis, cost control, and cost planning.
