Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that promote our Restaurants and Bars offerings to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Collaborate with Restaurants and Bars Director/Manager and chefs to create promotional materials and advertising strategies that align with current culinary trends and Artyzen's image.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and enhance our online presence, including updating the restaurant’s website, social media accounts, and online listings.
- Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising to boost reservations and event bookings.
Event Management:
- Organize and promote F&B collaborations such as wine tastings, chef’s tables, seasonal festivals, and culinary workshops.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure events are successful and align with our brand’s standards.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand current trends in the Food & Beverage industry and gathercustomer feedback to improve service and offerings.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and performance to benchmark and improve our marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the Restaurants & Bars and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure marketing objectives are integrated with operational goals.
- Supporting Director of Marketing Communication and develop and maintain relationships with media and promotional partners to enhance publicity and promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media platforms, search engine marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and staying updated with the latest trends.
