Project management
- Coordinate the roadmap and progress of automated contingency solution delivery by various CIB IT teams for clearing and settlement systems across multiple Asia Pacific sites, with fortnightly status update for senior management reporting.
- Document in detail the end-to-end design and procedure for contingency solutions.
- Track the effort and cost utilization for supporting personnel and vendor for project delivery.
- Coordinate the rehearsal of contingency solutions with participation by respective contributors, following comprehensive and thorough assessment of possible risks and available mitigations to avoid impact to BAU.
Other Expectations
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with Bank infrastructure teams on technical topics such as security vulnerability remediation/patching, new infrastructure setup and capacity planning.
- Able to use standard IT tools for project management and reporting.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contribute to project as project manager.
- Participate in derivation of solutioning adopted by respective IT and operations contributors, with consolidated overview and roadmap presented to committee.
- Contribute to all necessary meeting organization and preparation.
- Provide update on project achievements, risk monitoring on quality, delay and costs, with escalation to committee where needed.
Qualifications, Standards and Specifications
The required Qualifications, Standards and Specifications applicable to the Services are as follows:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, self-organized, independent, professional work ethic, team spirit.
- Familiar with market infrastructure and systems for payment and securities settlement.
- Technically savvy with good experience in reporting tools.
- General knowledge of corporate banking business, payments, trade finance, cash managements.
- Knowledge on local clearing systems operated within and outside Swift network, including SG MEPS+, AU RITS, MY Rentas, TW FISC, BOK Wire, ID RTGS/SSSS.
- Knowledge on banking applications for Swift MT ISO15022 and MX ISO20022 messaging
