Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, free cash flow analysis, in line with Group requirements.
- Generate accurate and timely management performance reports.
- Maintain management financial accounts and ensure adherence to consolidation reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial checks and reviews on management accounting and reporting.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and functions, including teams from newly integrated operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with the implementation of commercial or finance initiatives related to Marketing Managed Entities. Engage in the review, detailed analysis, and internal stakeholder engagement for projects and business initiatives.
- Proactively build and manage relationships with stakeholders across global functions and finance teams to align and integrate with new business cases.
- Work with the Accounting Policy team to ensure transactions and projects are recognized according to accounting standards.
- Help maintain a strong control environment in compliance with requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the simplification and standardization of accounting policy applications.
- Serve as a backup for team members within the Finance Accounting and Reporting team as needed.
- Support the Finance Manager and Team Lead with management accounting and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a US multinational corporation (MNC).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Experience with management accounting, financial performance reporting, and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
