Job Responsibilities:
- Sales support in preparing quotations and proposals
- Coordinate sales and purchase orders, manage lead time
- Manage stock inventory
- Receive payments, issue reminders and follow-up on outstanding account
- Prepare sales report and ageing report
- Ad-hoc sales support duties

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft office & computer skills.
- Interest in Administrative tasks & Sales related matters
