Job Description:
- Managing daily business and financial transaction of the Company.
- Maintain good business relationship with all key customers.
- Organise and communicate well with all levels of employees.
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the Company.
- Maintain a healthy Balance Sheet and cash-flow of the Company.
- Responsible for the health and safety of all employees.
- Plan and grow future business of the Company.
- Report the progress of the Company business to HQ in Japan regularly.
Required Skills:
- Having at least 10-15 years of working experience at a Senior Management position of a multinational company.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (equivalent to JLPT1 level) is essential for ease of communication with head office.
- Able to analyse the Company’s financial statements.
